If this is your first time logging in to Arvorum, we will ask you to create your farm right away. Please follow the onboarding steps.
If you already have a farm, click the arrow next to your farm’s name and click + Create new farm.
Step 1: Enter farm information
Provide the following information:
- Farm name
- City/Town (where your farm is located)
- Country (by default, it is the one you selected during the registration)
Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Create a field
To complete the farm creation process, you have to add a field. You can do so by selecting its predefined shape from the map or drawing it manually. If you have KLM or shape files, you can upload your fields, or you can enter your SBI number to import your fields from Rural Payments Agency (RPA).
Zoom in the map. White shapes indicate the boundaries. Once you click on the chosen field, you will see the total area in hectares.
Field selection is now available only for farms located in:
If you don't see the white boundaries of the fields in the Select Field option, please choose the Draw option. |
If you want to draw the field, switch to that option - click the Draw button at the bottom of the screen. Click on the map to start drawing.
You can adjust the field shape by clicking on the blue dot and moving it. In case you made a mistake, use the Undo and Redo buttons. To start over, click Delete.
If there are any objects on the field that you would like to exclude, such as trees or ponds, use the Cut out feature. Click the scissors icon and draw the shape you want to remove from the total field area.
After defining/selecting your field's shape, click Next.
Step 3: Add the name of your field and provide crop information
Enter the Field Name. Adding the Field ID is optional.
Next, click the Select crop bar to open the list of crops available in your region. There are several groups:
- Cereals

To find a crop, you can scroll the list or enter the name in the search bar.

Scroll down and define the seeding date. Click the calendar icon and set the date by selecting year, month, and day.
If the crop has not been seeded yet, click the checkbox below the date picker.
If you want to track crop rotation on your field, you can set the selected crop as the current season. To do so, click the Set as current season checkbox. To learn more about Seasons in Arvorum, read this article.
